30-day returns

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return something

Message us through our contact page with your order number before you send anything back. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without asking us first can't be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, stops working, or isn't what you ordered, message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

Once we approve your return, we send the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
